Refund policy
At IslandWear Fashion, we curate high-performance gear for those who live boldly. Because we offer specialized, high-performance pieces and custom services, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide Store Credit or Exchanges so you can always find the gear that fits your vibe.
The 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for store credit or an exchange. Items must be in original, high-performance condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom Orders & Sale Items
- Custom Gear: Any item created through our custom service is unique to you. Because of the labor and personalization involved, all custom orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount or during a promotion are eligible for Store Credit only.
How to Process Your Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. e.g. - order confirmation number.
- Contact Us: Email [Your Email] with your Order Number.
- Ensure your item is free of scents, deodorant marks, or wear.
- Ship It Back: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you a Digital Gift Card for the full value of your item (minus original shipping) or ship out your requested exchange.
Please do not send your purchase to our registered address. All returns must be shipped to: Winchester Estates, Green Island P.O, Hanover, Jamaica.
To keep our curated drops accessible and our startup lean, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue credit for items lost in the mail. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
